Manufacturing and Supply Targets
Reborn Coffee (NASDAQ: REBN) targets a $30 million annual product supply volume through a new tri-party agreement involving Visvita Corporation and various OEM partners. This integrated agreement connects the Brea, California-based specialty coffee retailer and distributor, which delivers high-quality, artisanal coffee and beverage experiences, with South Korean and Vietnamese manufacturing facilities through Visvita Korea, which receives intellectual property from the Fullerton, California-based Visvita Corporation. Reborn Coffee is actively coordinating final operational terms with premier, highly reputable South Korean and Vietnamese beverage OEMs to ensure it can meet the $30 million annual volume target. This coordination aims to ensure stable, high-quality, and scalable production directly out of South Korean facilities. The agreement specifically addresses the need for scalable production by using Visvita’s IP and the manufacturing capacities of the Korean and Vietnamese OEM partners. The parties already confirmed an initial $2 million purchase order covering existing Visvita beverages and jointly developed co-branded products. Full-scale fulfillment and shipments for these specific orders are now underway. The expansion relies on the cooperation of these overseas partners to fulfill order volumes. I find this agreement a necessary step for Reborn Coffee to secure the infrastructure needed for its high-volume goals.
Logistics and Retail Rollout
The unified supply chain produces Visvita’s established aloe vera beverage lineup alongside Reborn’s signature Matcha Latte and Milk Coffee products. These products are the co-branded premium RTD lines Reborn is developing. Reborn Coffee manages end-to-end quality control and production scheduling at the Korean and Vietnamese manufacturing facilities, while Visvita Corporation remains responsible for FDA registrations, customs clearance, and all U.S. regulatory compliance for the products. I find the heavy reliance on Visvita for all regulatory compliance and customs matters to be a significant operational bottleneck for Reborn. This arrangement uses logistics synergies across ocean freight and inland distribution to manage costs and transit times. These premium RTD products will reach convenience stores, independent supermarkets, and major big-box retail chains throughout the Americas. This expansion leverages Visvita’s newly acquired warehouse infrastructure and extensive retail distribution network. This production model relies on the stability and scalability of the South Korean and Vietnamese manufacturing facilities to satisfy global demand. The production will take place in top-tier manufacturing facilities.
