RICA Cold Brew, an Atlanta-based ready-to-drink coffee brand, is now the Official Coffee Partner of the NHL’s Florida Panthers. This multi-year partnership began with the start of the 2026-27 season at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, Florida. Fans can purchase RICA in every suite and at concessions, or they can visit two RICA-branded concourse kiosks located near the seating areas. Every bar in the building also uses RICA for espresso martinis and coffee cocktails. To reach fans, the brand runs a sampling booth at every home game and airs on the arena in-game TV network. One in-game feature, the "Run, RICA, Run!" can race, triggers an arena-wide BOGO offer.
New flavors arriving in 2027
Co-founders Kevin Wellis and Conner Young launched RICA in April 2026 because they found the canned cold brew they drank every day was "weak and watery" and never had the caffeine kick they wanted. The brand is the only ready-to-drink cold brew using 100% Mexican single-origin beans, which come from more than 2,000 family farms in the volcanic highlands of Chiapas to maintain its unique profile. Because only 2% of the world’s coffee grows in Mexico, RICA uses these beans to put Mexican coffee on the map. Each 12 oz can of the brand’s flagship Mexican Dark Roast contains 250mg of naturally occurring caffeine, 0g of sugar, and 5 calories. This single-origin sourcing allows the brand to maintain a distinct flavor profile of dark chocolate and maple.
| Product | Caffeine | Sugar | Calories | Flavor Notes |

In January 2027, RICA will add two cold brew lattes to its lineup: Chiapas Chocolate and Veracruz Vanilla. Both lattes contain 250mg of caffeine, 70 calories, and 5g of protein per can. The company will produce these lattes using lactose-free milk, real cocoa or vanilla, and Mexican agave. These upcoming products follow the brand’s initial online launch in April 2026. The Chiapas Chocolate and Veracruz Vanilla lattes will provide 250mg of caffeine per can, matching the energy levels of the original Mexican Dark Roast.
