Nova Cafe Holiday Hours

All of us at the Nova Cafe wish all of you a very Happy Holiday Season!

The Nova Cafe will be closed on Friday December 24th and Saturday December 25th to observe the Christmas holiday with our families.

We will re-open Sunday the 26th at 7am with hot coffee and delightful daily specials!!!

We wish you and your families a wonderful and safe holiday season.  Get out and enjoy it!

When Meg Evans McDonald (http://www.megemcdonald.com/), a long time employee at the Nova, came to the kitchen with the idea for Posole stew, we were excited to put our own twist on this classic.  The Nova has added spicy sausage; most recently using Andouille from Redneck Sausage out of Kalispell, MT.
